Scope

Browsing and ordering here means accepting these terms, along with the returns and privacy policies. If they do not suit you, the reasonable step is not to order.

Contract

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when dispatch is confirmed, which is also when payment is captured. We may decline an order where stock, price or address checks fail.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duties. They may change at any time, but the amount on your confirmation email is the one that applies.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
