When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days from dispatch; express takes 5 to 8. Tracking follows by email at hand-over.

When is my card charged?

The card is authorised at checkout and captured at dispatch. Should an item sell out in between, we cancel the order and release the authorisation rather than substituting anything.

May I change an order?

Yes, until it is picked. Send the order number and the change to us and we will confirm. After dispatch the parcel is in transit and a return is the right route instead.
