Where we deliver

We post worldwide from our warehouse. Available destinations are shown at checkout; if yours is not listed, we would rather say so than accept an order we cannot fulfil.

Transit times

Standard delivery is 7 to 12 business days and express 5 to 8, both counted from dispatch. Orders placed before midday on a business day normally leave the same day.

Tracking your parcel

A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. If it has not moved for seven days, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier ourselves.

Missing parcels

A parcel that does not arrive within the estimate is replaced or refunded once the carrier confirms the loss. Please report it within 30 days of dispatch so a claim can be raised.
