Return & Refund Policy

Return window

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Seasonal decorations count whether or not the season has passed.

How to begin

Email contact@ulyara.com with the order number and the item. We reply with the return address and the steps. If the item is bulky, tell us and we will advise on the cheapest route.

Refund process

Once the return is checked in we refund the item price to your original payment method. Outbound shipping is returned only where the fault was ours or the item was defective.

Damaged or incorrect

If something arrives broken, faulty or different from what you ordered, send a photo within 90 days. We arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping.

Not returnable

Opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons are excluded unless faulty. Everything else is welcome back inside the window.
